매해 놀라운 발전을 보이고 있는 인천 국제 바이오치의학 종합학술대회 및 치과기자재 전시회 (INDEX - Incheon International Bio-Dental Exhibition & Scientific Congress)에 찾아주신 여러분들께 INDEX 2023 대회장으로서 따뜻한 환영의 말씀을 전합니다.

정부는 바이오헬스산업을 국가핵심전략산업으로 지정하여 육성중이고, 특히 우리가 학술대회를 하고 있는 이곳 송도는 명실상부한 K-바이오의 수도입니다. 치의학은 오래전부터 Art and Science라 불려왔던 종합 학문으로, 첨단 바이오 연구와 기술, 신재료 등을 임상에 빠르게 접목시켜 왔습니다. 바이오 인프라의 중심에 있는 인천광역시치과의사회는 인천광역시와 바이오 치의학(산업) 육성 업무협약을 맺었으며, 인천광역시의 지원과 다수의 바이오업체의 참여로 세계를 선도하는 국제학술대회를 개최할 수 있었습니다. INDEX 2023은 최첨단 바이오 기술과 치의학의 융합을 위한 학술 교류의 장으로, 국내외 저명한 연자들을 초청하여 임상가들에게 최신 트렌드의 임상지견을 소개하고, 기자재 전시회를 통해 치과관련 기업들에 연구개발 관련 임상지원 및 국내 및 해외 진출의 발판을 마련하고자 합니다.

INDEX 2023에는 약 1,000명 이상의 국내 치과의사와 5개국 이상의 외국 치과의사 함께 참여할 예정이며, 치과의 중요한 가족들인 치과위생사, 간호조무사, 치과기공사 들의 참여를 위한 프로그램도 준비 중입니다. 또한 7월 8일(토)에는 치과위생사협회와 함께 학술대회를 진행할 예정이어서 이전보다 더욱 알찬 학술대회가 될 것입니다. 정성껏 준비한 INDEX 2023에 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.

마지막으로 INDEX 2023의 성공적인 개최를 위해 많은 노력과 애정을 기울여주신 이형석 조직위원장님, 곽현종 사무총장님 및 조직위원분들, 그리고 도움주신 인천광역시 치과의사협회 이사님들과 사무국 직원분들, 한국치과기자재산업협회 인천경기지부 임원분들과 치과기자재 전시회에 참여해주신 모든 업체 관계자분들께 깊은 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 감사합니다.

올해로 16번째를 맞이하는 인천광역시치과의사회 학술대회가 금년에도 이틀간의 국제학술대회로 개회하게 되어 매우 기쁩니다. 특히 올해는 치과위생사협회와 함께 학술대회를 진행하여 더욱 뜻깊은 행사가 될 것으로 기대합니다.

인천광역시치과의사회는 항상 치과 유관단체와 긴밀한 협조를 통해 학술대회를 운영해왔으며, 매해 더 다양한 그룹의 치과가족들이 함께 즐길 수 있는 학술대회가 될 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다. 지난해에는 인천광역시와 바이오산업육성을 위한 MOU를 체결하여 이번 학술대회에 인천광역시의 지원을 이끌어낼 수 있었습니다. 이 자리를 빌려 인천광역시 시장님을 비롯한 모든 시청 관계자 여러분께 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 또한, 기자재전시회를 통해 항상 도움을 주시는 치과기자재산업협회 경인지부 임원 여러분께도 감사의 말씀을 전하고자 합니다. 여러분 덕분에 매년 더욱 풍성한 행사를 기획할 수 있었습니다.

이번 학술대회에서는 국제학술대회에 걸맞게 토요일 학술대회 전야제를 비롯하여 여러 행사를 준비하였습니다. 또한, 치과직원들을 위한 다양한 프로그램과 경품을 마련하여 치과가족들이 함께하는 자리도 만들었습니다. 전시도 기존의 컨벤시아 구관보다 더 넓은 신관으로 이전하여 규모도 확대하고 편리한 학술대회로 준비하였습니다.

이제 인천광역시치과의사회에서 모든 준비를 마쳤으니, 회원 여러분들은 직원들과 함께 참여하셔서 하나 되는 국제학술대회를 만들어 주시길 바랍니다. 많은 참여와 관심 부탁드리며, 모두에게 의미 있는 시간이 되기를 기대합니다.

2023년 인천광역시치과의사회 종합학술대회 INDEX 2023은 ‘인천국제 바이오치의학 종합학술대회 및 기자재전시회’라는 명칭으로 송도 컨벤시아 신관 (그랜드볼룸)에서 진행됩니다. 작년에 처음으로 개최되었던 인천국제학술대회를 계승 발전시켜, 인천광역시치과의사회만의 특색 있고 내실 있는 대회로 만들고자 합니다. 또한 한층 넓고 쾌적한 현장에서 생생한 강의와 토론, 많은 치과기자재 업체의 최신 기술 및 기자재들을 직접 살펴볼 수 있게 되어 매우 기쁘게 생각합니다.

이번 학술대회는 일반적인 치과 학술대회와 달리, 치의학과 첨단 바이오 기술을 융합하여 실제 임상에 적용할 수 있는 새로운 치료전략을 제시할 예정입니다. 치의학에 접목 가능한 바이오기술에 더 많은 관심을 갖는다면 치의학의 발전 및 환자들에게 더 양질의 치료를 해줄 수 있는 것은 물론 개별치과의 경영에도 도움이 되리라 생각하며, 이번 바이오치의학 종합학술대회가 이러한 패러다임 전환의 초석이 되길 기대합니다.

이번 국제학술대회는 인천광역시치과의사회 종합학술대회를 뛰어 넘어 국제학술대회로 도약하는 계기가 될 것입니다. 이를 위해 인천광역시치과의사회는 인천광역시청과 ‘바이오 치의학(산업) 육성 업무협약’을 맺었습니다. 또한 국제학술대회를 통한 학문 교류 및 유망한 바이오기술을 보유한 국내 업체의 해외 진출을 위해 일본 요코하마치과의사회. 중국 청도민영치과의사회, 미얀마 보건체육부, 태국 개원의협의회와도 업무협약을 체결하여 상호 협력하기로 하였습니다.

이번 학술대회는 국제학술대회에 걸맞게 토요일, 일요일 양일간으로 진행되며 토요일은 치과위생사협회 학술대회 및 ‘인천 나이트’ 라는 전야제를 진행할 예정입니다. 일요일은 치과 staff을 위한 알찬 세미나도 진행해 진정한 치과가족 모두의 축제의 장으로 만들 것입니다.

올해로 16번째를 맞이하는 인천광역시치과의사회종합학술대회는 INDEX2023 (인천 국제 바이오치의학 종합학술대회 및 기자재전시회)라는 이름으로 작년에 이어 국제학술대회로 이틀간 송도 컨벤시아 신관에서 개최됩니다.

두번째 국제학술대회인 만큼 작년의 아쉬웠던 점들을 보완하여 좀더 내실있게 치뤄질 수 있도록 회장님 이하 인천광역시치과의사회 모든 분들이 열심히 준비하고 있습니다.

INDEX 2023이 인천 치과계 모두의 축제의 장 뿐만 아니라 세계로 뻗어나갈 수 있는 종합학술대회가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

인천광역시 치과의사회가 INDEX 2023 (인천국제바이오치의학종합학술대회 및 기자재 전시회)을 2023년 7월 8, 9일 이틀간 인천 송도 컨벤시아에서 개최합니다.
SCIDA라는 이름으로 개최하였던 학술대회를 작년부터 INDEX로 바꾸고, 한층 더 높은 수준의 국제바이오학술대회를 만들고자 노력했습니다.
바이오 기술을 임상 치료에 접목하여 새로운 비전을 제시해 보고자 하였고, 국제 연자의 강의 그리고 임플란트, 교정, 양악수술 등 다양한 임상강의 뿐 아니라 구인난이 심한 현 치과상황에 치과 업무의 자동화에 대한 고민, 그리고 치과의사의 정신건강을 위한 고민에 대한 강의도 준비하였습니다.
치과의사에 한정되지 않고 치과에서 함께 일하는 스텝들과 함께 하기 위하여, 토요일에는 치과위생사협회와 협력하여 위생사 보수교육, 일요일에는 치과 스텝들을 위한 강의 또한 준비하였습니다.

위와 같은 다양한 학술 프로그램 이외에도 많은 기자재 전시, 전야제 행사 그리고 다양하고 많은 경품도 준비하였습니다.

이번 INDEX2023을 위하여 강정호 회장님, 이형석 수석부회장님, 곽현종 학술부회장님 이하 학술대회 실무팀이 열심히 준비하였으니 많은 회원들의 참석과 관심 부탁드리겠습니다. INDEX2023이 치과인 모두 즐길 수 있는 축제의 장이 될 수 있기를 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

Dear INDEX 2023 participants,

As the president of congress, I would like to express my warm welcome to those who visit the INDEX(Incheon International Bio-Dental Exhibition & Scientific Congress) 2023, which is making remarkable progress every year.

The Korean government has designated the bio-health industry as a national core strategic industry, and Songdo, where we are holding the academic conference, is the named and real center of K bio-health industry. Dentistry has been called Art and Science from long time ago, and has quickly incorporated advanced bio-research, technology, and new materials into clinical practice. The Incheon Dental Association(IDA), which is at the center of bio-infrastructure, signed a business agreement with Incheon Metropolitan City to foster bio-dental industry, and was able to hold world-leading international academic conferences with the support of Incheon Metropolitan City and the participation of many bio-dental companies. INDEX 2023 is a venue for the academic exchange of the convergence between new bio-technology and dentistry. And by inviting renowned domestic and foreign researchers to introduce the latest trends to clinicians and by setting the equipment exhibition we hope to set the stage for research and development related clinical support and domestic and overseas expansion.

INDEX 2023 will be joined by more than 1,000 domestic dentists and foreign dentists from more than five countries, and programs are also being prepared for the participation of dental hygienists, nursing assistants, and dental technologists, as the family members of dentists. In addition, on July 8th (Sat), an academic conference will be held with the Korean Dental Hygienists Association, which will be a more fruitful conference than before. We ask for your interest and participation in INDEX 2023, which we have prepared with great care.

Finally, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Chairman Hyung-seok Lee, Secretary-General Hyun-jong Kwak, the directors and secretariat of the Incheon Dental Association, executives of the Incheon Gyeonggi branch of the Korea Dental Equipment Industry Association, and all company officials who will participate to the dental equipment exhibition. I am very happy that the Incheon International Bio-Dental Exhibition & Scientific Congress(INDEX) 2023, which marks its 16th anniversary this year, will open as a two-day international academic conference again this year. Especially, we hope that this year’s event will be more meaningful by holding an academic conference with the Korean Dental Hygienists Association.

The Incheon Dental Association(IDA) has always operated academic conferences in close cooperation with dental-related organizations, and we are trying to make it an academic conference that can be enjoyed by more diverse groups of dental families every year. Last year, we signed an MOU with Incheon Metropolitan City to foster the bio industry, and we were able to draw support from Incheon Metropolitan City for this academic conference. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City and all other city hall officials. In addition, I would like to express my gratitude to the executives of the Gyeongin branch of the Dental Equipment Industry Association who always help through the equipment exhibition. Thanks to everyone who supported us, we were able to plan a richer event every year.

In this conference, we prepared various events, including the eve festival of the conference on Saturday, to match the international conference. In addition, various programs and prizes are prepared for dental staff and dental families. The exhibition will also be moved to a new building that is wider than last year’s, to expand its size and to prepare it as a more convenient academic conference.

Now that the Incheon Dental Association has completed all preparations, I hope that our members will participate with their employees and create an international academic conference as one. I ask for your participation and interest, and I hope it will be a meaningful time for everyone.

A comprehensive academic conference of the Incheon Dental Association(IDA) in 2023 will be held at Songdo Convensia New Hall (Grand Ballroom) under the name of "Incheon International Bio-Dental Exhibition & Scientific Congress(INDEX) 2023". We would like to succeed and develop the INDEX 2022, which was held for the first time last year, and make INDEX 2023 a unique and substantial conference of the Incheon Dental Association. We are also excited to have a more spacious and pleasant field with vivid lectures and discussions, as well as the latest technologies and equipment from many dental equipment manufacturers.

Unlike general dental conferences, this conference will combine dentistry with advanced bio-technology to present new treatment strategies that can be applied to actual clinical practice. I think paying more attention to bio-technology that can be applied to dentistry will help develop dentistry and provide higher-quality treatment to patients, as well as the management of individual cilnic, and I hope this comprehensive conference will be the cornerstone of this paradigm shift.

This international academic conference will serve as an opportunity to leap beyond the Incheon Dental Association general conference to become an international conference. To this end, the Incheon Dental Association signed a "business agreement to foster industry of bio-dentistry" with the Incheon Metropolitan Office. In addition, for exchanging through international academic conferences and overseas expansion of domestic bio-technology companies, we have also signed business agreements with Yokohama Dental Association in Japan, the Qingdao Dental Association in China, the Ministry of Health and Sports in Myanmar, and the Thai Medical Council to cooperate with each other.

This conference will be held on Saturday and Sunday for the international conference. On Saturday, the Dental Hygienist Association's conference and the eve festival of 'Incheon Night' will be held. On Sunday, we will also hold a fruitful seminar for dental staff, making it a true festival venue for all dental families.

We sincerely thank all working-level officials of the conference, including Chairman Jung-ho Kang, Senior Vice Chairman Hyung-seok Lee, Academic Director Kwang-yu Kim, Academic Planning Director Kang-woo Kim, Material Director Jung-kwan Park, and International Business Director Yong-in Jhee, for their hard work.

The Incheon International Bio-Dental Exhibition & Scientific Congress, which marks its 16th anniversary this year, will be held at Songdo Convensia New Building for two days as an international conference following last year under the name of INDEX 2023.

As it is the second international academic conference, everyone under the chairman of the Incheon Dental Association is preparing hard to make up for last year's disappointments and make it more substantial.
We will do our best to make INDEX 2023 not only a venue for festivals for all of the Incheon dental community but also a comprehensive academic conference that can spread to the world. Thank you.

The Incheon Dental Association will hold Incheon International Bio-Dental Exhibition & Scientific Congress(INDEX) 2023 at Songdo Convensia, Incheon, for two days on July 8 and 9, 2023.. Since last year, we have changed the conference under the name of SCIDA to INDEX and tried to create a higher level of international bio-academic conference.
We wanted to present a new vision by incorporating bio-technology into clinical therapy from international and various clinical lectures such as implants, orthodontics, and orthognathic surgery, and we also prepared lectures on automation of dental work and concerns for the mental health of dentists in the current dental situation.
We would like this exhibition not just limited to dentists, on Saturday, we worked with the Dental Hygienist Association to prepare supplement retraining for dental hygienists, and on Sunday, we also prepared lectures for dental staff.

In addition to various academic programs such as the above, many equipment exhibitions and eve festival are held and we prepared various and many prizes.

For this INDEX 2023, the working-level team of the academic conference under Chairman Jung-ho Kang, Senior Vice Chairman Hyung-seok Lee, and Academic Vice Chairman Hyun-jong Kwak prepared hard, so we ask for your participation and interest. I hope INDEX 2023 can be a festival venue for all dentists to enjoy. Thank you.
